Introduction
I'm planning on running a Half-Marathon in two weeks. I have a training schedule for it and I'll record progress here.

Training Day 2
Posted: June 5th, 2007 | 9:52 AMYesterday I started my endurance training. I ran 12 miles in 2:53. It was a very difficult run - when I do the Half-Marathon I'm going to be there to finish, not worried about my time.
Today I ran 4 miles - almost - at about 3 1/2 miles my legs were hurting really badly so I had Adria come pick me up. Tomorrow I have a 5 mile Trail Run scheduled - running up a mountain 2.5 miles then running down.
My toes are blistered from yesterdays run, hopefully that won't get in the way tomorrow!
