About Projectoid

What is Projectoid?
Projects are dynamic, always changing, always evolving. Projects are not born, you create them. From start to finish, and a whole lot of work inbetween. Once a project is finished by you, someone else can use that project, or build it even bigger. That is projectoid in a nutshell.

How does it work?
All you need is an idea and an account on our website. Name your idea, and start your project. Blog about your progress, add photos and other forms of multimedia. Other projectoid members can comment on your project blog, and and can give suggestions to help keep you motivated. Once your project has come to a completion, publish your results.

Chains
Once your project is complete, other members can vote your project up or down, and can pass it along to others. They can also use your results, and build a bigger project, or go back and improve upon your project. We call building a new project out of one or more projects, a chain.

What constitutes a project?
A project on projectoid can be anything from science, programming, and technology to arts, crafts, and food. Sky is the limit.
